How this works and common questions

About this tool

Each invoice uses the same lines. Numbers go up by 1 when the start is all digits. A simple estimate, not advice. Tax is not added.

How it works

Add the lines once. The page repeats that total on each date and gives each invoice a number. A digit-only start such as 1001 becomes 1002 and 1003.

Rules

A simple estimate, not advice. No tax is added. Monthly dates that would pass the end of a month use the last day of that month. Copy and the CSV list every line and every invoice.

Questions

How are the numbers made?

If the first number is all digits, each later invoice adds 1. Otherwise the first invoice keeps your text and later ones add -2, -3, and so on.

How is the total calculated?

Each line is quantity times price, rounded half away from zero to the cent. One invoice is the sum of the lines. The series total is that amount times the count.

Is sales tax included?

No. Tax is not calculated. A simple estimate, not advice.

Do I need an account?

No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.

Is what I type saved?

No. Nothing is saved unless you sign in and choose Save. Otherwise it stays on the page.

Do you show ads or sell my information?

No. We show no ads and we do not sell your information.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. Results are estimates for planning. Check rates and rules with the official source or a qualified professional.
