Effective and last updated: 3 October 2026
Company contact (fixed, use it everywhere). CyberImmune, 18 King St E, Suite 1400, Toronto, ON M5C 1C4, Canada, hello@cyberimmune.com.
1. Who we are
Canada Business Kit is a product of CyberImmune, 18 King St E, Suite 1400, Toronto, ON M5C 1C4, Canada. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean CyberImmune. "You" means the person using the service.
2. What the service is
The service is this website and its everyday tools for Canadian small business, such as calculators, a quote builder and an invoice generator. It is free to start.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You can use some tools without an account. You need an account to save items.
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password.
- Anyone who can open that email can sign in as you. Keep your inbox safe.
- A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the sign-in form.
- How long a link works and how long you stay signed in are settings we control. They can change.
- Give us an email address you control. Tell us at hello@cyberimmune.com if you think someone else used your account.
4. Saved items and your content
You keep ownership. What you save is yours. This includes the details you type about your own clients.
Your clients' details. If you save a client's name, email, phone or address, you confirm you are allowed to keep it for your business.
Our licence. You give us a limited licence to store, process and show your content back to you, and to run the service, including through the providers we use to host it. We use your content for nothing else. We do not sell users' data or use it for advertising.
Export and deletion.
- "Download my data" gives you one JSON file with your email address and your saved items.
- You can delete a saved item at any time.
- You can delete your account. Your saved items are deleted with it.
Limits. Today you can keep up to 200 saved items, up to 20 KB each, and up to 25 clients. These limits can change.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break the law or use the service to harm others;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around the bot check;
- send malware or use automated tools to scrape the service;
- save content you have no right to hold;
- pretend to be someone else or use the service to mislead people.
We may remove content or limit access if you break these rules.
6. General information, not professional advice
The tools give calculations and drafts. They do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Check every result before you rely on it, and ask a qualified professional about your own situation where it matters. Please read the disclaimer shown in the tools. These terms do not change it.
7. No guarantees and availability
We work to keep the service useful. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or fit for your purpose. We may change, pause or remove a tool. Saved items can be lost. Download your data if you want your own copy.
8. Limit of liability
This section applies as far as Ontario law and other applicable law allow.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss that comes from relying on a result without checking it.
- For direct loss, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. While the service is free, that amount is nil.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Your rights that cannot be waived stay in place.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained on our Cookies and privacy page. We do not sell users' data or use it for advertising. Analytics runs only after you accept it, and you can change that choice in the cookie choices.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date. For a material change, we will give notice on the site or by email to your account address before it starts. If you keep using the service after a change starts, you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
11. Ending your use
You can stop at any time. You can delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if you misuse the service, or if the law requires it. We will tell you where we reasonably can. Sections on ownership, liability and governing law continue after your use ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, subject to any right you have to go elsewhere under mandatory law.
If you live in Quebec, you keep the rights Quebec law gives you that cannot be waived, and these terms do not take them away. (Inference: see "Verified vs inferred".)
