How this works and common questions
About this tool
Type the week, then one row per job: day, name, address, crew, start and a note. Print the sheet or download it. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.
How it works
Each filled row is one job. A row that is entirely blank is skipped. The result is how many jobs you listed for the week you picked. The sheet does not book the work or remind anyone.
Rules
You can add up to 7 rows. A row with any text needs a day and a job name. Start time is plain text, such as 8:00, not a calculation. Remove a row if you change your mind, then undo if you need it back.
Questions
What can I put on the sheet?
Job names, addresses, crew, start times and notes for each day of the week.
Can I print it for the shop wall or truck?
Yes. Use Print. The sheet is what prints, so you can pin it up or hand it out.
Does it send reminders?
No. It is a plain sheet you fill in and print.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.
Is what I type saved?
No. Nothing is saved unless you sign in and choose Save. Otherwise it stays on the page.
Do you show ads or sell my information?
No. We show no ads and we do not sell your information.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Results are estimates for planning. Check rates and rules with the official source or a qualified professional.
