How this works and common questions
About this tool
Add one row per person. A cell can be a same-day range such as 09:00-17:30 or a number of hours such as 8. The sheet adds each person, each day and the week. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.
How it works
Each filled cell is hours. 09:00-17:30 is 8.5 hours. A plain 8 is 8 hours. Blank cells add nothing. The result is the grand total, with a total for each person and each day.
Rules
A range must end later the same day. 22:00-02:00 is marked Error and left out of the totals. A cell that is not a range or a number is also marked Error. You can add up to 24 people. Remove a row, then undo if you need it back. In the print dialog, choose landscape so the week fits on one page.

How are hours added up?
A cell can be a clock range such as 09:00-17:30 (8.5 hours) or a plain number such as 8. Each person gets a total, each day gets a total, and the sheet shows the grand total. A cell that is not a range or a number is marked Error and left out of the totals.
Can I print the week?
Yes. Use Print or save as PDF. Choose landscape in the print dialog so the seven days fit on one page. Copy and Download CSV include every staff row and the totals.
Is the schedule sent to my staff?
No. Nothing you type is saved or sent. Copy, download or print before you leave.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.
