How this works and common questions
About this tool
The receipt adds the items and the tax you type, and labels that tax as reversed. It prints the method you choose. It does not send a refund. A simple estimate, not advice.
A simple estimate, not advice.
How the refund is worked out
Two units at 19.99 plus 10.00 is 49.98. A tax rate you type as 5 is 2.50 and is labelled reversed. The refund total is 52.48. The method is printed as you choose it.
What it does not do
It does not pay the client or talk to a bank. Payment details, the tax id and the receipt number stay on this device only.
Questions
Does it send the money?
No. It prints the method you choose, such as card or cash. You make the refund yourself.
What does tax reversed mean?
The tax you type is added to the items and labelled reversed, because the receipt shows tax you are giving back. A rate you type as 5 on 49.98 is 2.50.
Is the total 52.48 in the example?
Yes. 49.98 of items plus 2.50 of tax you typed is 52.48. A simple estimate, not advice.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.
Is what I type saved?
Payment details, the tax id and the document number stay in this browser. They are not sent and they are not in analytics.
Do you show ads or sell my information?
No. We show no ads and we do not sell your information.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Results are estimates for planning. Check rates and rules with the official source or a qualified professional.
