How this works and common questions
About this tool
Each row is a task with a start date and an end date. The end date counts. The bar shows where the task sits between the earliest start and the latest end. Nothing is saved or sent.
How it works
Duration is inclusive. 2026-10-01 through 2026-10-05 is 5 days. The bar track runs from the earliest start to the latest end. A task that covers that whole span fills the bar.
Rules
If the end is before the start, or a date is not a real YYYY-MM-DD date, the row shows Error and no bar. February 29 is only a date in a leap year. Choose landscape when you print so the bars sit on one page.

What does the bar show?
The bar starts at the earliest start date and ends at the latest end date. A task that covers the whole span fills the bar. A task in the middle is shorter and offset.
