Quantities and prices

With prices on, two units at 19.99 plus one unit at 10.00 and a tax rate you type as 5 total 52.48. Hide prices and the quantities 2.5 and 1.25 add to 3.75, with no tax and no prices.

What is printed

Sender, recipient, ship-to, every line, notes, and either prices with tax or quantities only. The document number stays on this device only.

Questions

Can I hide prices?

Yes. Hide prices leaves quantities only. A line of 2.5 and a line of 1.25 show a total quantity of 3.75. Tax is left off.

Does it tell the carrier anything?

No. Print, copy or download the CSV, then send it yourself.

Are the prices a quote?

When prices are showing, the total is a simple estimate, not advice. You type every price and tax rate.

Do I need an account?

No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.
