How this works and common questions

About this tool

Each line is the count times the unit cost you type, rounded half up to the cent. The sheet adds the lines. A simple estimate, not advice. Nothing is stored.

How it works

Count times unit cost, half up to the cent, then added. 10 apples at 2.50 are 25.00. 4.50 loaves at 3.00 are 13.50. The stock value is 38.50. 1.25 units at 0.10 is 0.13.

Rules

You type the count and the unit cost. A half cent on a line rounds away from zero. This page does not add tax. Every line is in the copy and the CSV.
