The percentage is the office divided by the home. That same fraction is applied to the rent and to the utilities, each rounded half up to the cent. Square feet and square metres are labels only. 120 of 1000, on rent of 2000.00 and utilities of 300.00, is 12 percent, 240.00 of rent, 36.00 of utilities, and 276.00 together. 1 room of 5, on rent of 1500.00 and utilities of 250.00, is 20 percent and 350.00 together.
