How this works and common questions
About this tool
The delivery note lists the items and quantities, the ship-to address, and a blank signature line for the receiver. You can type the receiver's name. Hide prices when you do not want amounts on the page. A simple estimate, not advice.

What the receiver signs
The signature line is blank so someone can sign on paper. The name you type prints above it. Quantities add the same way as a packing slip: 2.5 and 1.25 make 3.75 when prices are hidden.
Prices and tax
Leave prices on to include the tax you type. Hide prices to drop prices and tax. Nothing is sent from this page.
Questions
Is the signature captured?
No. The page prints a blank signature line. It does not record a drawn signature.
Can I hide the prices?
Yes. Hide prices shows quantities only. 2.5 plus 1.25 is 3.75.
Does the receiver get a copy from here?
No. Print or copy the note, then hand it over yourself.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work without one. You only need to sign in to save your work.
Is what I type saved?
Payment details, the tax id and the document number stay in this browser. They are not sent and they are not in analytics.
Do you show ads or sell my information?
No. We show no ads and we do not sell your information.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Results are estimates for planning. Check rates and rules with the official source or a qualified professional.
