How this works and common questions

About this tool

The sheet starts with a block for each hour from 08:00 through 17:00. Type a task in a block. Add row adds another hour. The result counts blocks that have a task. Nothing is saved or sent.

How it works

Each block is one hour. A block with any task text counts as filled. A blank block stays on the sheet and in the CSV so the day is complete.

Rules

You can remove an hour or add one after the last hour, up to 24 blocks. The page does not send a reminder. Choose landscape or portrait when you print; the hours stack in one list.
