How this works and common questions
About this tool
Add a row per person. For each day choose Yes, No or leave it blank. A day with no Yes is a coverage gap. The result names those days. Nothing is saved or sent.
How it works
Yes means that person can work that day. No means they cannot. A blank cell is not a yes. If every named row is blank or No on a day, that day is a gap.
Rules
With no people on the sheet, there are no gap days to flag. The week date labels the seven columns when you print. Copy and Download CSV include every person and every day. Choose landscape so the week fits on one page.
