How this works and common questions

About this tool

Unpaid is the sum of bills not marked paid. Overdue is unpaid and due before the as-of date you type. Saved on this device only.

How it works

Unpaid adds every bill that is not checked paid. Paid adds the checked bills. Overdue adds unpaid bills whose due date is before the as-of date. On 2026-10-03, $100.00 due 2026-09-01 and $40.50 due 2026-10-20 are unpaid, so unpaid is $140.50. Only the $100.00 is overdue. A $20.00 bill marked paid is not overdue.

Rules

A due date that matches the as-of date is not overdue. Paid bills are never overdue. Nothing is sent off this device. Saved on this device only.
